Pro-Life Apologetics: Intro & Gospel Culture

In this class we are seeking to build an apologetic for the biblical understanding of what is referred to as the pro-life view when it comes to abortion. In this first class we introduce the topic and seek to consider how the gospel equips us to and shapes how we minister to those who have had abortions or are considering. This class was taught by Kelton Zacharias on September 25th, 2022.

Fruit of the Spirit: Joy

A class considering the fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22-23. This is the fourth class of a 10 week study. Throughout this class we are seeking to understand and apply the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. In this class we consider the second aspect of the fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22, "joy". We consider what joy is and isn't and what that means for us. This class was taught on September 25th, 2022 by Moses Abdallah.

Living as a Church: Church Discipline, Part 3

This is the 26th class of our Living as a Church series. This class was taught by Moses Abdallah on the topic of church discipline. During this class we considered some common questions that come up when talking about church discipline. This class was originally taught on November 28th, 2021.

Fruit of the Spirit: Love (1 John 3:16-18; 4:7-21)

A class considering the fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22-23. This is the third class of a 10 week study. Throughout this class we are seeking to understand and apply the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. In this class we consider the first aspect of the fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22, "love". We consider two major passages in 1 John 3:16-18 and 1 John 4:7-21. This class was taught on September 18th, 2022 by Paul Abdallah. 

Living as a Church: Church Discipline, Part 2

This is the 25th class of our Living as a Church series. This class was taught by Elliott Sperlazza on the topic of church discipline. During this class we considered how we go about corrective church discipline. This class was originally taught on November 21st, 2021.

Fruit of the Spirit: The Person & Work of the Holy Spirit

A class considering the fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22-23. This is the first class of a 10 week study. Throughout this class we are seeking to understand and apply the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. In this class we consider an overview introduction to the person and work of the Holy Spirit. This class was taught on Sunday, Sept. 11th, 2022 by Moses Abdallah.

Living as a Church: Church Discipline, Part 1

This is the 24th class of our Living as a Church series. This class was taught by Paul Abdallah on the topic of church discipline. What is discipline? And why do we practice discipline? This class was originally taught on November 14th, 2021. 

Fruit of the Spirit: Walk by the Spirit (Galatians 5:16-24)

A class considering the fruit of the Spirit listed in Galatians 5:22-23. This is the first class of a 10 week study. Throughout this class we are seeking to understand and apply the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. In this class we consider Galatians 5:16-24 and the command to "walk by the Spirit" so that we might pursue a biblical view of morality and righteousness.

Living as a Church: Handling Discontentment

This is the 23rd class of our Living as a Church series. This class was taught by Paul Abdallah on the topic of handling discontentment. What is discontentment, what is some of the bad fruit of discontentment and how can we handle discontentment rightly. This was originally taught on November 7th, 2021.

Gentle & Lowly: Chapters 22-23 (John 13:1; Ephesians 2:7)

A class considering the book by Dane Ortlund: Gentle and Lowly. This is the final class of a 13 week study, taught on August 28th, 2022. Throughout this class we have considered the heart of Jesus for sinners and sufferers. In this class we consider John 13:1 and Ephesians 2:7 and consider how the love of Christ is eternal, we are buried in his heart forevermore. This class was taught by Elliott Sperlazza.
